Role summary
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support patients' well-being and recovery, working closely with the nursing team. Essential criteria
- The Care Certificate. If you do not have this, you will be supported to achieve it within the for 12 weeks of employment.

- Educated to C Grade or Equivalent (Numeracy or Literacy)
- NVQ in Health or Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent.
- Communication Skills
- Being able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- 1 Year in a Health Care setting as a Health Care Support Worker.
