Role summary

As an ICT Technical Specialist, you will safeguard the digital infrastructure of the organisation, ensuring security and firewall services are secure, resilient, and dependable.   • Relevant vendor or professional qualification, for example firewall, network, Microsoft, cloud, cyber security, ITIL, project management or service management qualification.

As an ICT Technical Specialist, you will safeguard the digital backbone of our organisation. Joining the Digital Infrastructure team, you will ensure our security and firewall services remain secure, resilient, and dependable--directly supporting the clinical and corporate services that keep patient care running safely.

Working alongside senior colleagues, project teams, and external suppliers, you will apply your specialist knowledge to drive continuous service improvement, make effective use of Trust and NHS technology, and deliver a responsive, customer-focused service.
