Role summary
This role is for a Community Nursing Team Administrator within the West Dorset District Nursing Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, act as the first point of contact for patients, and manage secretarial duties. It requires a friendly, professional individual capable of working under pressure. The position is part-time, working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

- Demonstrable experience of using word processing , spreadsheet, database and or presentation software to RSA II/lll or equivalent standard

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and work within the West Dorset District Nursing Team. The Team Administrator is often the patients first point of contact with the service. As a result we are looking for the successful candidate to be friendly, professional and able to work under pressure. Previous experience of SystmOne is beneficial but not essential.
This post is part time, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, unfortunately these days are fixed although potential scope to negotiate hours. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
To assist the team by providing administrative support to our services.
