Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the timely transfer of patients between departments.
  • Contribute to effective patient flow across both the ARU and EMRU.

Essential criteria

  • Experience of working with people, ideally in a front-line customer service role
  • Experience of providing person centred care
  • Flexibility in shift/working patterns to meet the needs of the service.

  • Level 2 or Level 3 (NVQ) in health and Social Care or equivalent relevant experience
  • Willing to work towards Level 2 functional skills (Math & English)
  • Care Certificate/working towards
