Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 nurse to join our Community Nursing Team in Barnstaple for a 12-month secondment.
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and proactive team. Applicants will require good assessment, clinical and communication skills in order to deliver evidence based nursing care to patients within their home environment, recognise when a patient is deteriorating and intervene and escalate concerns appropriately to optimise quality of life and reduce the risk of unnecessary hospital attendance. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a high standard of care and have good communication skills.
