Role summary

This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the new NHS.net Service for internal and external NHS England customers. Key duties include maintaining service documentation, facilitating incident management, and identifying process improvements. The successful candidate will become a Subject Matter Expert for NHS.net Connect Service Operations, focusing on secure email accreditations and migration support.

Main duties of the job
