- 1st Level Nurse on part 1 or 12 of the NMC Register
- ODA CG 752 / ODP NVQ Level 3 / DipHE ODP
- HCPC Professional Registrant

- A1 Assessors award
- ENB 176 /183/182 or equivalent
- Preparation for Mentorship
- Specific Theatre qualification or equivalent ability
- Experience and Knowledge
- Interest and commitment to philosophy of the Theatre suite
- Post-qualification experience in a peri-operative environment Experience of staff supervision and training
- Skills & Abilities
- Understands and practices the principles of confidentiality

Main duties of the job
As a Registered Theatre Practitioner (RTP), you will provide high quality skilled theatre assistance, including scrub and circulatory duties throughout a range of specialities, and also demonstrate good communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary perioperative team.
