Role summary
This permanent Speech & Language Therapist role involves working with children and young people with communication difficulties in South Ayrshire. You will manage your own caseload, deliver various interventions, and provide training to families and educators. Essential criteria
- Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
- Health and Care Professionals Council – Licence to Practice
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with a range of people including parents/carers
- Motivated, enthusiastic, supportive and approachable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold a current UK driving licence
- Ability to use a range of technology and digital tools to support clinical and administrative work
- Excellent presentation (written and verbal) skills
