Role summary

- To have followed or be following the National STP in Neurophysiology
- MSc in Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology)
- Minimum 2 years experience working in Neurophysiology with documented evidence of practice
- ANS Professional examination in either EEG or NCS

Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient, comprehensive and high-quality diagnostic service that will include performing Neurophysiological procedures (EEG, CTS screening and Visual Evoked Potentials) the majority to be performed without direct supervision. Patients of all ages are referred from a wide range specialities with diverse medical conditions, including those with learning difficulties and mental health disorders. To participate in the supervision, training and development of junior staff and ensure a high level of professional standards are maintained.
