Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team at Pulteney House, Wick. The role involves working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care, assisting them to maintain independence, and supporting them after hospital discharge. The post holder needs to be flexible, use initiative, and provide high standards of patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
