Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join an established nursing team at West Kent Place of Safety, moving to Priority House, Maidstone in October 2026. Essential criteria
- Care certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social care or equivalent
- A varied and considerable experience of working within Mental Health/Learning Disabilities setting

- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- To have a good understanding of mental health conditions appropriate to the setting
- Flexibility to undertake hours required: Long days 7:30am to 8pm, Nights 7:30pm-8am across 7 days week
