Role summary
This role is for a passionate and skilled nurse to join the specialist community Continence Service at Livewell Southwest. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients with bladder and bowel health needs across Plymouth, South Hams, and West Devon. The position involves autonomous work, advanced clinical assessments, and empowering patients and carers to manage long-term conditions, promoting dignity and independence.
