Working closely with Dietitians and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support the delivery of weight management and Type 2 diabetes prevention services across Fife.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting patients to engage with healthy eating, physical activity and lifestyle change programmes
- Delivering individual and group-based interventions under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian
- Providing practical information and support to help patients achieve their health goals
- Coordinating appointments, patient communications and group programmes
- Maintaining accurate records, managing data and using a range of electronic systems to support service delivery
- Supporting audit, service evaluation and quality improvement activities
This is a varied role combining direct patient support with administrative and organisational responsibilities.
