This role is for a Senior Occupational Therapy Assistant on a bank contract, suitable for Occupational Therapy students or those considering the career. - Quality Credit Framework qualification at level 3

- Ability to travel across sites to work and to carry out clinical tasks

Main duties of the job
The Occupational Therapy service within the West Integrated Health Community provides a service to adults and children across acute, community and primary care settings (physical and mental health). Bank opportunities are therefore varied, and the type of work offered to successful applicants will be dependent on the needs of the service at the time.
As an Occupational Therapy support worker, you will work under the supervision of registered Occupational Therapists to provide a holistic and person centred service to patients. This may include patient facing tasks, administrative tasks and other tasks to support the day to day running of the departments.
