Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Team Manager within the Trafford Talking Therapies service, assisting with day-to-day management and leadership. You will provide line management supervision, support the Operational Manager with service development, and be involved in staff recruitment, training, and retention. Essential criteria
- Registered professional qualification
- experience working in a TT service
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full understanding of the role of a manager in an IAPT Service
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding and Risk Management
Desirable criteria
- Post qualification certificate in a desirable subject
- Previous experience of managing a busy service including offering 1:1 LM
- Experience of change management
- Good understanding of TT KPIs

GMMH Talking Therapies Division is a large Talking Therapies reporting service for people experiencing common mental health disorders. We consist of Employment Advisors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors and Psychologists.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join our service as a Clinical Team Manager in our Trafford Talking Therapies service on a permanent basis.
