Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- Diploma / degree in Physiotherapy (or working towards)
- Registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
- Evidence of maintained CPD
- Well rounded experience of a variety of clinical areas as a student
- Experience of working as part of a team/ MDT
- Good theoretical knowledge
- Knowledge of CSP guidelines, Trust policies & procedures
- Excellent verbal, non verbal and written skills
- Ability to organise, delegate and prioritise in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to cope with working in a moderately physical and stressful environment with aggressive and emotional people
- Flexibility
- Problem Solving
- Ability to meet the travel requirements of the post

Band 5 Physiotherapist (Rotational) 37.5hours per week
We are recruiting a physiotherapist to be based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. The successful applicant will join the Physiotherapy team, working with patients in rotations including MSK outpatients, Pelvic Health, Health Care of Older Adults, Acute Respiratory, Acute Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurological Outreach, Front Door and Frailty.
You will be working within the hospital, outpatient and community settings. Therapies across ULHT is integrated.
You will work 37.5 hours per week which includes weekends. Some rotations will include an 8-8 service hours where working days and days off will be different to a typical 5-day working pattern. Your base will be Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, but you may be required to travel across sites as the service demands.
