Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist midwifery assessment and evidence-based care planning for women with drug, alcohol and mental health needs.
- Develop personalised care plans and ensure sensitive information sharing to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver direct clinical care with a strong understanding of the specialist needs of the caseload.
- Support the Band 7 Specialist Midwife in coordinating the specialist service and deputise as required.
