We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the delivery of high-quality obstetric services through the effective coordination of administrative processes and patient pathways.
As an Administrative Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring appointments, referrals, waiting lists and pathway management activities are delivered efficiently, supporting the smooth running of the service and helping patients access the care they need in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Obstetrics Service within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as a Band 4 Administrative Patient Services Coordinator (APSC). Based within the Women's Service, the post holder will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for administrative processes across the Obstetrics pathway, ensuring patients receive a high-quality, efficient and responsive service.
