Role summary
This role is for a Clinical Scientist or Physiologist specializing in Urological physiological measurements. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team providing Urodynamics and Flow rate measurements across the Royal Devon University Hospitals Trust. It involves running clinics in various locations and offers opportunities for service development, audit, research, and teaching. Key responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic physiological investigations for patients with Urological dysfunction, Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms and urinary incontinence.
- Run clinics in RD&E Hospital Wonford, Ottery St Mary Hospital and North Devon District Hospital.
- Participate in service development, audit, and research projects.
- Engage in teaching activities related to the field.
- Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30-16.30.

Are you a newly qualified Clinical Scientist / Physiologist looking for an exciting opportunity in Urological physiological measurements, or an experienced practitioner seeking a new challenge ? We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi disciplinary team offering Urodynamics and Flow rate measurement to the RDUH catchment area . This is a dynamic service involved in the STP training pathway and for the right candidate this is an opportunity to be part of service development and Audit/ research projects and teaching.
Consideration will also be given to qualified Clinical scientists within GI who have some urology experience.
