Job summary

Are you ready to use your administrative and organisational skills in a way that makes a positive impact on peoples lives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of our Corporate & Health Records team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are looking to recruit a permanent Health Records Supervisor.

Reporting to the Administration Manager your role will be to support a team of clerical staff in transforming the health records service from a predominantly paper-based service towards a comprehensive electronic based health record (EHR). This involves day to day staff management, rota coordination, generating reports, support with attendance management, appraisals and 1:1 wellbeing conversations.

Applicants should have a good standard of written and verbal communication skills as well as been competent in the use of Microsoft office packages. Previous administrative experience is also required, however full training will be given with an induction period.
