• Member of CSP Specialist section - APCP/ BAPM
• Ability to demonstrate working with regional/national networks
• NHS experience working at senior level
• Clinical experience within neonatal and paediatrics
• Experience of working on a neonatal unit and follow up of pre-term and high-risk babies
• Experience of multi-disciplinary working
• Demonstrate active involvement in the audit process

• Experience of supervising and mentoring junior members of staff and pre-registration students
• Experience of developing staff and sharing knowledge
• Demonstrate sound level of theoretical profession specific knowledge

• Sound knowledge of interventions relevant to clinical area
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of clinical governance including implications on service and audit
