Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse on Ward 205 within Trauma and Orthopaedics. The role involves being a clinical lead, supporting and mentoring junior staff, and managing ward operations. You will work weekends, bank holidays, and nights, providing unit bleep cover. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics, including hip fracture and dementia care.

Job summary
