Role summary
This role is for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Catering Supervisor to lead the retail team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Key responsibilities
- Supervise the work of staff to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures.
- Undertake daily reviews of work areas to ensure service delivery.
- Deploy a team of staff, assessing workload schedules and allocating resources whilst prioritising urgent requests.
- Relocate staff to meet service needs, including arranging cover for absences from work.
- Issue and monitor all equipment and materials in line with budget limits.
- Manage and direct staff as appropriate, making regular visits to departments within agreed areas of responsibility.

- General education to include Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent

Job summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Catering Supervisor to join our Retail team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
