Role summary
This is a fixed-term Medical Secretary role for 9 months, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CRHT Consultant Psychiatrist, Team Manager, and multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant Psychiatrist, Team Manager and multidisciplinary team.
- Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, correspondence, and clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Organise and minute meetings, prepare agendas and documentation, and monitor follow-up actions.
