Role summary
This role supports Finance Business Partners and the Finance Team in planning and managing workstream programmes and ensuring their successful delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with accurate and timely financial reporting, year-end accounts, and monthly management accounts. The post holder will also provide financial support for the ICB's short and medium-term financial plans, including efficiency programme modelling and monitoring. - Evidence of accounting for large and complex organisations, to include: Budget preparation
- CCAB part qualified accountant or equivalent experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Further training or significant experience in project management, financial management or supporting change management processes
- Financial accounting and financial services experience within the NHS
- Skills and Knowlegde
- Ability to prepare and produce concise yet insightful communications for dissemination to senior stakeholders and a broad range of stakeholders as required
- Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Financial Systems e.g. monitoring budget management, processing invoices and procurement
- Qualifications and Experience

Job summary
