Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager within Bolton Community Mental Health Teams. The role involves delivering high-quality management of administration services, including supervising various administrative staff. The post holder will assist in developing staff teams to meet performance targets and contribute to local policies and procedures. They will also ensure national standards are met and provide a confidential, efficient, and service user-friendly approach.
Essential criteria
- oMust be educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience.
- oMinimum of 3 years staff management experience
- oAdvanced skills in the use of all packages within Microsoft Office i.e. excel
Desirable criteria
- oWorking knowledge and training of all Trust systems and IT systems
- oManaging change in a controlled environment
- oContact with service users
- oWorking in a confidential environment
- oPrevious experience working in a customer care environment
- oPrevious experience of supervising / managing a team
- oExperience of completing staff appraisal and PDP
- oExperience of managing staff sickness and welcome back to work meetings / procedures

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager within Bolton Community Mental Health Teams
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of high quality management of the Bolton Directorate Administration Services including, but not exhaustive of Administrative Supervisors, Medical Secretaries, Team Secretaries, Reception Services and Management Secretaries/PA's. The post holder will assist the development of staff teams to ensure quality of service and all performance targets are met. You will assist the Senior Manager in the development of local policies and procedures, along with the dissemination and training of these policies and procedures. The post holder will also ensure that achievement of national standards are met within their area and provide a confidential, efficient and service user friendly approach to each service within the division.
