Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join Ward 51, a busy 24-bed acute medical ward specializing in the care of older people. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a CQC-rated 'Good' Trust. The position is open to newly qualified nurses, those returning to practice, or experienced professionals. You will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and a leadership team committed to your development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care on Ward 51.
- Contribute to the Trust's journey towards achieving an 'Outstanding' CQC rating.
- Work collaboratively within an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in continuous professional development as supported by the leadership team.

Essential criteria
