Key responsibilities
- Support project and intervention delivery, assisting with the practical rollout of medicines value interventions and prescribing support tools.
- Collect and organise prescribing data, audit results, and activity information, supporting the maintenance of simple dashboards and trackers.
- Conduct structured audit activities, repeat prescribing checks, and formulary adherence reviews, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist with liaising between teams, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation, facilitating engagement sessions.
- Manage resources, shared folders, action logs, and operational documentation, supporting programme coordination tasks.
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems including MS suite of packages and information systems relevant to role
- Interpersonal and oral/written communication skills in order to communicate complex information and administrative matter
- Problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
- Skills for project management
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision working to tight and often changing timescales
- Skills for managing aspects of projects ensuring they meet financial targets.
- Skills for manipulating information
