Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the Walsall ESD/Community Stroke Team. The role involves providing physiotherapy for community stroke patients from hospital discharge through their rehabilitation pathway, primarily in service users' homes. You will undertake advanced assessments, formulate individualised treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Essential criteria

  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HPC registration
  • Evidence of relevant post graduate courses/CPD
  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Demonstrates current, practical experience in management of neuro. rehabilitation conditions acquired from post graduate training and working as a post graduate physiotherapist in a rehabilitation setting
  • Working knowledge of Community Physiotherapy
  • Experience of working in Multi-Disciplinary Team

This role would be providing physiotherapy for all community stroke patients from hospital discharge and across the rehab pathway.
