Role summary
This role is for an HR Officer to join the Recruitment Team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. There are two posts available, one supporting the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team and another providing trust-wide recruitment support. The successful candidates will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent customer service. This is a bank contract, offering flexible working.
Essential criteria
- Educated to A Level standard or CIPD Level 3 with 1 year experience in an HR environment or 3 years experience in an HR environment
- Experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role
- Experience working in an office environment using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of administrative processes e.g. electronic filing systems and formatting documents/reports
- Experience handling confidential information
