AfC Band 7 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,818.72 per annum (pro rata)

Post Details – The State Hospital is recruiting Sector Estates Manager with core skills in building maintenance, projects, water safety and ventilation.

The role is crucial in the development of the site over the next 10-25 years through effective capital planning and project management, along with robust compliance activities ensuring the wellbeing of our patients and staff.

The roles will have responsibilities to all aspects of the Hard FM function related to business risk, quality management and delivery of long-term maintenance strategies.

Experience – Appropriate Degree/HNC in Building Engineering or equivalent. Technical and managerial experience in healthcare maintenance. As well as wide knowledge and experience of engineering and building services systems.
