Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic Mental Health Support Worker to join a dedicated team at Harbour, a 16-bedded Male Treatment Ward at St Ann's Hospital in Poole. You will provide treatment and care for patients with various mental health illnesses, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. Key responsibilities

Job summary
Are you an experienced Mental Health Support Worker or looking to start your NHS career? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated and supportive team at Harbour, St Anns Hospital, Poole.
Harbour is a 16 bedded Male Treatment Ward for patients ranging from ages 18 to 64, providing treatment and care for a wide range of mental health illnesses which include Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder.
You will be motivated to make a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health illnesses, where respect, compassion, kindness, ability to interact well with people and excellent teamwork are essential qualities for this role. Whilst experience in mental health is desirable, it is not essential as full induction training will be provided with ongoing support from our experienced team.Further opportunities for career development are also available.
This post is a full-time role. We would be flexible and consider part time applications minimum of 37.50 hours
Shift patterns:
Early - 7.15 to 15.15
Late - 13.00 to 21.00
Long Day - 19.15 to 9.00
Nights - (enhanced pay) - 20.30 to 7.40
