Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CareerHive. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility & membership

CareerHive is provided exclusively to active members of the CareerHive community on Skool. Access depends on maintaining that active membership. We may suspend or terminate your account if your community membership lapses, is cancelled, or is found to have been obtained fraudulently.

2. What CareerHive is - and is not

CareerHive aggregates publicly available NHS vacancy data and adds sponsorship guidance, ranking, and AI document drafting. CareerHive is not an employment agency, recruiter, immigration adviser, or legal/financial adviser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any NHS Trust or NHS organisation.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that any listed role is open, accurate, still sponsoring, or that you will receive an interview, offer, or visa sponsorship. Sponsorship classification is automated guidance only - always verify with the employing trust before applying.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, redistribute, or republish CareerHive data.
• Do not share your account with non-members.
• Do not use HiveMind AI to generate misleading or fraudulent application content.
• Do not attempt to access admin tooling you have not been granted.

5. HiveMind AI output

AI-generated documents are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying everything you submit to an employer. We are not liable for the consequences of submitting AI-generated content.

6. Payments

Platform access is bundled with active CareerHive Skool community membership. Billing for that membership is handled by Skool under their terms; CareerHive does not process payments directly.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your Vault page. We can terminate or restrict access for breach of these terms, for inactive community membership, or for abuse of the service.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerHive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed job opportunities or visa decisions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
